The Bible is filled with hope and encouragement. Jesus Christ was born into this world, lived a sinless and perfect life, died on the cross, and rose again on the third day to pay our debt of sin and give us hope for a better day. Yet life for the faithful Christian can be a difficult and discouraging journey. It can leave us feeling discouraged, defeated, and alone in our daily struggles.

First, if or when you are feeling this way, don’t ever forget that you are never alone. The Lord is always with you (Matt. 28:19-20; Heb. 13:5-6). Second, you are surrounded by a loving family who will come to your side and join you in your time of need (1 Jn. 3:11; 1 Thess. 5:11; Gal. 6:1-2). Just as important, you have the word of God to reveal His will, speak into your life and troubles, and guide you through this life.

The Bible can provide supernatural strength and power for us to use all along our journey of life. Consider these 10 verses of renewal and hope.
